Wiebke is a Storyteller at Heart
Writing and drawing have always been hobbies for
Wiebke Papenfus. However, it was not always something she thought she would pursue as something she could make a living with. After writing and illustrating her first book as a graduation gift to her son, she realized she had something valuable to share with the world and turned to writing and illustrating more books. Wiebke is constantly exploring new themes and ideas. It’s incredibly hard work, but she's never happier than when she sits down at her desk putting the opening words to a new story on paper. This process is followed by Wiebke using her quirky illustrations to make her stories come to life.
